Return and Exchanges

We have made it easy to return items. When returning A item we will refund you for the purchase of the items excluding the shipping and you can place a new order. 

Please follow the policy guidelines

• Items are packaged back in original packaging with labels and tags on.
• Items must be unworn & unwashed (no distinct odors, blemishes, signs of wear etc.)
• We cannot accept returns on masks or socks for hygiene reasons.

How does it work?

1. Fill out the form below with your order number and reason for returning. And we’ll send you a return shipping label.
2. Shipping - Send the package with the items to our address seen below.
3. After the return items are received in the warehouse and pass the quality check, we will refund you for the purchase.
4. That's it.
